-Establishing a vocational training program which will offer individualized, hands-on job training on-site at nourish.NJ, job-readiness coaching, and out-sourced instruction from community and corporate partners. This program will assist guests facing the highest barriers to securing and maintaining employment

-Partnering with local employers to help secure employment opportunities for guests, paying for uniforms, obtaining transportation to and from work, empowering guests to advocate for themselves

-Providing training on "soft skills" of employment, including conflict management, flexibility and compromise, workplace social skills and more

-Offering employment counseling to guests seeking employment and connecting guests with businesses needing employees most
