Job Summary

nourish.NJ is seeking a client centered, trauma informed bi-lingual Spanish/English Social Worker to provide engagement, assessment, case management and resource navigation services in a community based setting. A strong clinical foundation is required and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting is essential. Relationship building and client advocacy within the communities we serve and with other non-profit partners is necessary, and candidates should be comfortable working with diverse groups of people in many settings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

• Solid educational background—BSW required, MSW preferred

• A solid clinical foundation and the desire, and skills, to also work at a community level

• Experience working with marginalized communities including people experiencing homelessness and poverty

Compensation
